Frederick H. Kopko, Jr., is a Founding Partner of McBreen Kopko & Dayal LLP. Fred recognized the importance of providing the health care industry with a dedicated defense law firm. He collaborated with Hugh McBreen and Anji Dayal to form a practice in service of the heath care community. Fred practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, commodities, and corporate law and serves on the boards of a number of publicly traded companies.
A 1977 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut, Mr. Kopko received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1980 and an M.B.A., with high honors, from the University of Chicago in 1995. He was an Associate Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and has authored a number of papers dealing with securities law.
