Max Frazier

– Associate Attorney –

Max is an Associate Attorney with McBreen Kopko & Dayal LLP. Max was admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2018.  Prior to joining the Firm, Max was an extern at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Susan E. Cox.  He also served as an extern for Illinois First District Appellate Court Justice, the Honorable Daniel Pearce, and for Honorable Judge James Flannery, the Presiding Judge of Law Division.  Max developed a passion for defense work during these experiences, which he has chosen to apply to the representation of the healthcare community.

Max graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2017 and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Roosevelt University in 2013. Max also volunteered with pro bono practices, including the Restorative Justice Program. Max is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Cook County Bar Association.
